Did this man just induce DNA evolution in his chickens, with amateur level electrical circuitry? Is this going to just pass by the timeline unnoticed?
Replying to @NgoloTesla
This hatched a few months ago under the effects of ebner. It’s most likely a cross between a sapphire gem and barnvelder??? possibly. There’s no comb on it and the wings are slightly longer than usual. This photo is also a few weeks old and there is still no comb.

it’s counterintuitive but me eating MORE actually is when I tend to be the leanest
no matter what, I pretty much always eat real, unprocessed Whole Foods. getting at minimum 180 grams of protein per day, most times more than that. (I’m around 220 lbs)
& I think most people have it backwards when it comes to fat loss.
I want you to consider two different scenarios:
Scenario 1: guy eats 2400 calories, gets himself in a 4-500 calorie deficit. tired, grumpy, workouts lose gas as he tries to “cut”
Scenario 2: guy eats 3400 calories, not in a deficit per say but feels “full” and has way more energy. Goes into the gym and absolutely CRANKS a few times a week.
The 2nd scenario is much more advantageous in my opinion.
“Calories In Calories Out” is absolutely true - and if you want to lose weight / get lean, you absolutely need to eat less than you burn. (This is basic, undisputed science)
But the piece people miss is they never really factor in “calories out”
because it’s much harder to track.
but I’m telling you, eating a bit more, having the energy to go walk more every day, be active, and most importantly add strength in the gym is a far easier and infinitely more enjoyable way to lose fat.
Counting every calorie and limiting what you can eat is a race to the bottom - and the biggest piece of what will make a diet successful is how long you can maintain it.
so not focusing on how little you eat - and moreso focus on eating well, giving yourself quality nutrition and fuel so you can go EXPEND as much energy as possible, get stronger - is way more effective for most people.
Because they won’t fall off the wagon. You starve yourself, grumpy, low energy, it’s an negative feedback loop - and the stress builds up until people eat way more when they give up “restricting themselves”
Eat more. Eat high quality food that promotes health and metabolism. Try to eat 1 gram of protein per lb body weight. Have the energy and vitality to go get after it in the gym, get stronger, go walk, play sports, be active.
Don’t blame carbs or fat for what being sedentary has done to you. And don’t fall into the sterile gerbil lifestyle counting every gram of lettuce you’re “allowed” to eat. Trust.

“When you decide to better yourself you'll immediately begin hearing the commentary of negative people attempting to suppress your growth.
Your spirit irritates their demons. The action you're taking toward your goals is magnifying the inaction they've taken toward theirs.
They will be subtle in the beginning by offering you foods that work against your nutrition plan, questioning the training program you're on, and telling you that you shouldn't overdo it.
As time passes, they will begin encouraging you to become discouraged. Planting seeds of negativity they hope will blossom into apathy so they can keep you in the box they like you in.
My advice?
If you have self-respect, you'll cut them loose just as fast as they turned on you for wanting to become a better version of yourself.
You might disagree with me and think that it's the responsibility of positive people to help bring up negative people, and to those of you who feel this way, I wish you the best of luck.
I feel differently.
My changes didn't happen from others forcing their energy upon me, it came from time, and realizing things from the inside out. Don't always think the effort you're placing into a negative person is going to turn out positively. What you'll find more often than not is that you're placing energy into someone who isn't willing or ready to place any energy into themselves.
Our time is limited on this planet. Be mindful of who you choose to spend it on. If you're being positive and those around you are content being negative, find new people to be around.”
If we’re keeping it real the “cutting off old friends” is because dudes are frauds & need to hide in a cult vacuum
If you become a pro athlete, nobody would be clowning on you, your bros would be proud
If you built a amazing software, fashion, or food company. Your bros would think that’s cool & rep your stuff
But when you play the guru fraud angle, or any grift angle, shilling get rich quick schemes you hold deep shame. Your bros would clown you for that cringe sht
so instead of going the straight path of building something legit, dudes delete the friends
“Holding me back” they’ll say
…or maybe they were holding you to a higher standard and your morally bankrupt punk ass folded under the pressure
Don’t solve the problem. Delete the people who bring up the problem is their logic
Running cult tactics on yourself
All for what? So you can keep shilling bootleg platitudes out of a telegram group?
Down horrendous

You need to truly be delusional to make it.
You need to believe that this world is playdoh and you can mould it into whatever the hell you want
It isn’t enough to say “the Matrix is attacking” and blame everything on the government
You need to genuinely, deep down, come to the conclusion that life is a video game, this is all bullshit, and with a little bit of hard work, critical thinking and a cheeky smile, you can do whatever the fuck you please
I have never seen someone be better off for rationalizing things instead of just smiling and skipping through life.
Honestly fascinated by this guy especially after reading The Creative Act. Seems very in tune with the universe and has an extraordinary sense of creativity and appreciating expression. He very much deserves his place in Def Jam under the scope of musical art.

Ever wonder how people can go to the same gym yet have completely different results in their careers. My experience has taught me the biggest difference is passion, passion is what makes the difference between athletes. That’s what they think about when the lights aren’t bright and the cameras aren’t rolling. It’s not only the physical training, it’s about what they meditate and pray on during their free time. Victory is a result of the obsession.
Think about this often
Lobo @ellobosalvaje mentioned to me that you could easily acquire and rebuild an entire town like this if you got together with the right group of 20 friends - in what is a paradise like nature environment.

Keeanu Reeves
He was abandoned by his father at 3 years old and grew up with 3 different stepfathers. He is dyslexic. His dream of becoming a hockey player was shattered by a serious accident. His daughter died at birth. His wife died in a car accident.
His best friend, River Phoenix, died of an overdose. His sister has leukemia.
And with everything that has happened, Keanu Reeves never misses an opportunity to help people in need.
When he was filming the movie "The Lake House," he overheard the conversation of two costume assistants; One cried because he would lose his house if he did not pay $ 20,000 and on the same day Keanu deposited the necessary amount in the woman's bank account;
He also donated stratospheric sums to hospitals.
In 2010, on his birthday, Keanu walked into a bakery and bought a brioche with a single candle, ate it in front of the bakery, and offered coffee to people who stopped to talk to him.
After winning astronomical sums for the Matrix trilogy, the actor donated more than $ 50 million to the staff who handled the costumes and special effects - the true heroes of the trilogy, as he called them.
He also gave a Harley-Davidson to each of the stunt doubles. A total expense of several million dollars. And for many successful films, he has even given up 90% of his salary to allow the production to hire other stars.
In 1997 some paparazzi found him walking one morning in the company of a homeless man in Los Angeles, listening to him and sharing his life for a few hours.
Most stars when they make a charitable gesture they declare it to all the media. He has never claimed to be doing charity, he simply does it as a matter of moral principles and not to look better in the eyes of others.
This man could buy everything, and instead every day he gets up and chooses one thing that cannot be bought: Be a good person.

Want a lot of fools to know if you keep pushing despite failures, highs, lows etc.
You’re just doing the inner work now, the external wins will come.
This is the way.
Better than having external wins without ever doing the internal work.
These cats not ready lose it all.
This is such a sad take lmao we’re doing just fine without them. It’s called facing your reality. Most of you don’t need any medication at all.
