Illegal-alien households at 59% on major welfare.
You import from the third world, and they disproportionately consume the benefits.
The “worst of the worst” deportation focus will never round these people up. And they’re likely worse than the known criminals, because no one has any idea what they did back home.
If the policy only removes the already-caught criminals, the system stays on the same trajectory.
