Also I'm on hold rn after fishing for a customer service number -- Every five or so minutes a robot chimes in with "thanks for waiting! To speak to a representative" at which point my hopes are up. Only to be dashed by "please stay on the line"
Lmao can we all start saying people airlined us instead of ghosted? Just got an email that said "sorry, cancelled your flight lmao. If you have issues with this we're sorry." And no fucking contact info.
