DOJ plans to have observers at four Clark County polling sites on Election Day, it told election officials in a call today.
Secretary of State Cisco Aguilar said the call was "cordial and respectful" and the observers are welcome if they "respect the voter and poll workers."
Companies with a data center footprint in Nevada have ties to about $17 million in political donations, though almost all of them were not tied to a data center project, an Indy analysis found.
