Introducing Anthem #1 & 2
Leonard Cohen’s famous refrain states:
‘There is crack in everything… thats how the light gets in’
Using a broken mirror as motif, these pieces show that the fractured and incomplete can reveal realities that the whole and pristine cannot.

Remember who is here now.
Remember who shows up every day.
Remember who supports and shows support.
Remember who believes in what we do.
Remember who evolves the space.
I see you all out there!

All I want is you.
With all I have… all I ever had… all I ever will have.
I want to give myself.
Unselfish commitment.
You… the center of everything… you.
I would if I could, but I can’t.
All that matters… you.
All I want is a dream. The fiction of my reality.
I have taught myself to believe.
My feeble existence, over before… adrift alone.
A fire has burned me to smulders.
An obsession, the idea of unconditional love.
I tremble, shake, convulse as I realize I will never live my understanding of you.
I’m unreasonable, unrealistic, I want what I believe is you.
I would if I could, but I can’t.
I would love you like nothing else.
(Inspired by @CaballeroAnaMa)
