NDAs came under intense scrutiny following the global #MeToo movement and high-profile allegations of sexual harassment and assault. In England and Wales, they have recently been the subject of extensive research into their potential misuse.
In the latest update on our blog, we consider the implications of this research into the misuse of NDAs, which concluded that there are certain common abuses, particularly during employment disputes.
