It is in that utter stillness the 'Truth' comes into being. It is as if all the impurities, or all the agitations, or all the modifications of the mind have been wiped out and the essence remains in its absolute purity....and that essence is the 'Self', is the 'True-Self'.

Studio Update! ⚡️🎶
Building Desk today, Isolation Door acoustical trim kits go in next week and then the wiring phase begins. Two synth bay audio tie lines on both side walls running to a patch bay. Pretty simple tbh, we’re pretty ‘in the box’. That could change. ♾

My 2020 listening 🎶 entirely revolved around using sound as a tool to go deeper within. 🧘🏽♂️ ♾⚡️
Everyone of these is sublime!
Celebrating 23 Years together, Married 13! We’re not 16yrs old anymore baby, but we sure have had an amazing adventure so far! 🤟🏽 ILY!
Shout out to @SadhguruJV for the deeply immersive “Inner Engineering” program. ✨ The lessons have been profound, the Meditations so immersive. Satcitanunda! I love experiencing the ocean of Light pouring from your eyes. Namaste ⚡️
rarely listen to actual music on planes any longer, better part of two years it’s been binaural beat drones, Ram Dass podcasts and audio books. I always land in such a better head space.

When we condemn the racist venom coming from the President's mouth and point out the bigotry of his policies, it's not an academic question, it's not a political game, it's about life and death. The President regularly inspires killers. He is a part of the problem

realize I rarely post here, twin boys & a 3yr old plus touring keep me pretty occupied. Thought I’d post a few pics of these gorgeous babes.
Ram Das Podcasts have been literally blowing my mind. It’s like hearing something you already knew deep down, for a long time. I’m on Episode 19 of 153. ✨🧘🏽♂️
