MPs have rejected proposals to legalise assisted dying in England and Wales, by a majority of 16. 286 MPs voted against the bill, with 270 in favour.
MPs will once again debate whether to back assisted dying in England and Wales as the issue returns to the Commons. The proposal (publications.parliament.uk/p…) is identical to a bill debated earlier this year, which ran out of time in the House of Lords.

Amnesty writes ‘anti-rights’ report. But is what Amnesty writes right?
Why did Amnesty International's 'anti-rights movement' report only single out Christian and gender critical groups? And why did it contain so many basic factual errors? #HumanRights
