Following on from our #GDPR tweets we would highly reccomend speaking with a specialist as they’re qualified and can advise in the best possible manner.

#GDPR Tip 6: Review privacy notices. Look at your current privacy notices and make sure they’re inline with GDPR before the 25th of May.

#GDPR Tip 5: Change perspective. Create a list of rights given to people but make sure it’s in compliance with GDPR guidelines.

#GDPR Tip 4: effectively be able to detect a data breach. Make sure you have the right measure to be able to identify any personal data breaches.

#GDPR Tip 3: employ or designate responsible of GDPR Compliance. Employ a Data Protection Officer or give the responsibility to somebody within your organisation who is competent in being able to deal with data protection in the correct manner.

#GDPR tip 2: audit the process and the way you consent to people giving you their information.

#GDPR Tip 1: Look at the Data you’re storing and processing. Analyse how you acquire your data, how you store it, and the processing procedure.
