Wallet security reimagined for everyday use and the quantum era, without compromising Ledger level security.

On ZeroFee, your private key stays inside your phone’s secure chip. You must save your 24 word phrase somewhere secure. You phrase doesn’t hold funds or authorize transfers; it helps restore access.
If you lose your phone you can enter your 24 words on a new one. A new key inside your new phones chip is created, and after a 48 hours delay, your assets are restored. Your old phone is permanently disabled.
Recovery also requires your laptop’s secure chip (mutli sig) which you can set up in settings.
During the 48 hour delay, your old phone or your laptop (second device) can stop unauthorized recovery.
If someone has access to your phone and your recovery phrase they will need your second device to complete the recovery.
Your key stays in the chip. Your words restore access. The 48-hour delay keeps recovery in your control incase your phone and phrase were both stolen.
Theres a few more additional features to help you secure your funds which will be covered in detail when we put our demo live later today.
The first layer of ZeroFee Superapp drops today.
It's called Security.
We turned your phone into a hardware wallet.
Your iPhone already has a secure chip. It guards your Face ID, your passwords and your credit cards. It's built so that nothing gets out of it.
So that's where your key lives. It's made inside the secure chip and it never leaves it. No seed phrase on a screen to steal. No extra device in a drawer. Your phone is the ledger, and Face ID is the button.
Then we went one step further.
Every ZeroFee account is a smart contract on NEAR. It holds the rules that govern your money, and no app, server or stranger can skip them. Not even us.
🔒 Everyday payments up to $500 a day go through with Face ID.
🔒 Anything bigger waits on chain for a day, and you can cancel it.
🔒 Loosening a rule or changing a key waits 8 days, so a thief can't change the locks first.
🔒 A second device can approve the big moves.
🔒Your 24 backup words can restore your account on a new phone, and your old phone can stop it while it waits.
No one with just your phone, or just your words, can take more than your daily limit from your main balance.
The keys are quantum-resistant. ZeroFee never holds your money or your keys.
Today you can try it in the web demo, read every line of the contract, and read the full SI smart contract audit.

ZeroFee Superapp has been in the works for sometime now.
Today I am dropping the first app of the superapp.
"Security".
More info will be dropped on @ZeroFeeSi shortly.
"The question isn't just which models win. It's who builds the Cursor of every other industry."
-ZerofeeSi
AI today is where electricity was when powering a few light bulbs required an entire grid.
If you knew the light bulb was coming, how would you spend your time today?
I believe the SI revolution will produce multiple Facebook and YouTube scale companies. We're still very early.
Here's a pattern I'm using to think about the opportunities.
Software development is starting to get “solved.”
Not just because the models are getting better, but because the controller, the interface, through which people use them is also maturing or "getting solved".
First, we coded in ChatGPT and Claude. Powerful models, terrible workflows.
Then came Copilot, Replit, and Cursor. Purpose built interfaces that brought AI into the actual coding workflow. The AI native IDE emerged.
The bigger opportunity is applying this pattern to every other industry.
Every industry could have its own AI native interface: a controller that connects intelligence to the tools, data, and workflows people actually use.
As models become more interchangeable, the moat may shift toward integrations, context, proprietary data, and skills.
I can think of 20 industries off the top of my head where the interface for fully leveraging AI is still nowhere near solved.
The question isn't just which models win.
It's who builds the Cursor of every other industry.
"Thanks for your patience. We’re not here to rush something great. We’re here to build something that lasts."
A lot is happening behind the scenes at ZeroFee.
New branding. One app for all our products. And a new product category already in testing.
Over the next few days, you’ll start seeing it all come together.
Thanks for your patience. We’re not here to rush something great. We’re here to build something that lasts.
From our trained DihFih agents to the ZeroFee ecosystem, the vision is bigger than most realize today.
This weeks roadmap:

ZeroFee App V1 dropping this week.
> Create a quantum ready wallet with ledger level security.
> cross chain and confidential trading
> confidential fiat off ramp where you can scan a QR code and pay for food, rent and so on using your Zerofee balance.
> new website and branding to align with our new product direction
Currently testing these features end to end. There’s a lot more in the pipeline.

Over the past 10 days, I’ve shared too many tools and ideas. This weekend, I went back to the drawing board to bring it all together.
ZeroFee as a brand is being fully revamped.
We will be building only one product.
A Superapp, quantum-proof, ledger-level security, and everything a crypto user needs in one place.
More updates coming this week. 👀
We live in an era where the moat in technology is effectively dead.
If new software has no moat, what moat do the incumbents have left?
Perhaps the future of software is one where everyone owns their own, hosts their own, and needs no middleman.
No gatekeepers. No rent to pay. Just ownership.
The moat is Zerofee.

"A Superapp for everything that shouldn't have a middleman"
I like how that sounds.
Lets stay aligned 🫵
Just to stay aligned here’s what’s been on my mind.
Super raw:
1. ZeroFee Crosschain Confidential Protocol (Hackathon)
I believe crosschain trading is much simpler than FOMO, Relay or Pump Bridge have made it out to be.
ZeroFee Wallet V1 is already live. Crosschain + confidential trading at block speed. 3 chains added but I can add…. All.
No bridges, no pools. Just direct swaps, unlinked to your main wallet.
You need to try it to understand it.
The vision is to give this away as a standalone protocol. $0 to run, open for anyone to integrate into their apps.
2. Wallet V2
Wallet V2 needs a redesign that puts self-hosting, owning your privacy, and zero fees in the spotlight.
We aren’t trying to compete with pump or fomo or even phantom. We are trying to find our own space on the shelf.
Think a collision between Pump, Ledger and Phantom.
More soon.
3. Swap V2
Swap one memecoin for another across chains, privately.
Instead of converting Dacitycoin to SOL, bridging SOL to BNB, then swapping again, go directly from Dacitycoin to any memecoin on BNB.
Still needs more testing.
4. ZeroFee Algorithmic Launchpad
I’ve been a dev for years. Seven months ago, I combined my scripts into an algorithmic launchpad where teams can configure fleets of wallets and simulate how they acquire strategic supply into clean wallets.
Built for larger teams launching at scale, where managing supply, avoiding snipers and keeping distribution clean matters.
The ZeroFee movement ~ disrupting onchain apps
We're rebuilding the apps you love, testing them end to end until they're polished, and giving them away at cost, along with the source code to run them yourself.
Self host any of them: no ZeroFee server or middleman server sits between you and your activity.
ZeroFee Swap V2, paylinks & Wallet V2's source code will be available in a few days.
Our Goal: 10+ apps by the end of November.
zerofee.si
What does it actually cost us to run ZeroFee?
About $106 a month. That covers hosting, blockchain nodes, market data, and domains.
At 10,000 swaps per month, that’s roughly $0.01 per swap.
Now think about how much you’ve paid middlemen in fees; middlemen whose services cost next to nothing to operate.
