This morning at swim practice Coach Adam gave me some words of wisdom which were “hard work beats talent, when talent doesn’t work hard, so work hard” 💪🏊♀️ – at Ocala, FL

Confidence can’t be taken from you. Shaken, sure? Lose it a little, ok? But you can go back to work and grow it again. No one can take it from you. #dailydoseofcat

Work ethic doesn't reflect motivation or inspiration as much as it reflects character. High integrity people work hard without motivation or inspiration if necessary, because it's who they are, and the right thing to do. #OwnIt

I am a coach....which includes waking up on the middle of the night worrying if we will be able to hit, pitch and play defense when we need too. I wish everyone who always knows better in the stands lost sleep over this to to qualify for this coaching job.
