Not Rich, But Still Here 🌟
I dove into the world of Crypto in 2017. Fast-forward to today, and I'm still not rich. But that's totally okay!
⇨ To all those plagued with FOMO (fear of missing out), who dread failure and feel left behind, this is for you.
Too often, we look at others’ triumphs and feel overshadowed. Remember, not everything you read should be taken at face value. Here on X, discussions typically comprise success stories and achievements. It's a human norm to celebrate wins, but it can lead to negative emotions when you're constantly on the absorbing end.
But why do we mainly consume positive stories?
- The unsuccessful ones leave the system quietly.
- Most who've faced failure see little reason to publicize it.
I want to share my journey with all its ups and downs. I've made my fair share of bad trading decisions, hurting my portfolio significantly:
- Trades that were not thought fully through
- Lack of strategy before purchases
- Minimal understanding of my investment
- No connections to the projects and people behind them
I didn't let these setbacks deter me. Instead, I used them as learning opportunities, working towards constant improvement.
That leads us to the key takeaway:
Persistence is key. Learn from your mistakes, and don't jump on every new trend without understanding it. It's this constant, steady effort that will yield results over time. Invest time and effort now, and you'll see the benefits in the long run.
ALT A lone figure standing on a railway track that disappears into a distant horizon, rendered in a digital, surrealistic style. The palette is primarily cool blues and purples with a vibrant sunset in the background reflecting the ups (the bright sun) and downs (the darkening horizon). In one hand, the figure holds a lantern which emits a warm light, symbolising perseverance and learning from past mistakes, while some crypto coins loosely held in the other hand spill onto the tracks, signaling the risk and failures. Overall, the image inspires resilience and endurance in the journey of crypto trading with subtly related visual elements.
Hacked together an MCP server for @WHOOP today (using AI agents to build it, naturally)
Your Claude/Cursor can now query WHOOP's API: recovery, sleep, strain, workouts.
Open sourced for anyone to use.
