Here is a quick breaking on how to move your staked SOL to the new @solflare validator.
1st Slide: Less than 1 SOL? Unstaking is recommended.
2nd Slide: More than 1 SOL staked? Use the in-app migration feature.
Watch both videos and take action. Your staking rewards matter
⚠️ Migrate by November 1 to qualify for compensation for missed staking rewards since October 26.
I just moved my staked SOL from the Solflare (Legacy) validator to the new @solflare validator using the in-app migration feature. 🔥
It’s quick and easy, all within the app.
If you’re still staking with the Legacy validator, go make the switch too 💛

As I write this, billions are leaving Binance’s hot wallets in what CZ himself calls a likely hack, with Tether and Circle freezing close to two billion of it. Three days ago our validator operator had its keys compromised. Different scale, same lesson: whoever holds the key holds the asset.
Your staked SOL never left you this week, and it never could have. A validator’s keys can’t touch delegated stake. Solana working as designed.
But every validator has one key that controls it, and for three years an operator held ours. When their keys were compromised, so was our validator, and your rewards stopped with it. And whoever runs the node also has to hold its identity key, a hot key sitting on the server, which is where block rewards landed by default. However you split the other keys, the operator stood in the money’s path.
Until Alpenglow. The upgrade that went live this month is mostly talked about for finality and one-day epochs. Quietly, it also changed where a validator’s money goes: votes moved off-chain, and the owner can now point every reward stream at an account the operator never touches. Nobody had used that to take the operator out of the money’s path, as far as we can tell. We did, in a day, because we had to.
The new Solflare validator is, as far as we know, the first on Solana run by a third-party operator who holds neither the controlling key nor the rewards. The withdraw authority sits in a Solflare multisig, so nobody can take the validator from us again, and if an operator’s keys are ever compromised we rotate them and keep going. Every reward stream lands in accounts only that multisig controls. @StakingFac runs the machines with operational keys we can rotate. Ownership and operations, separated.
Staking Facilities are the people I called that night. We built @solanabeach_io with them in 2020, when SOL was under a dollar (for the new folks). Six years later, they’re still the people you call at midnight.
If your stake is still on the old Solflare validator, move it in a few taps in the app. The new one runs at a lower commission, on top of covering the rewards you missed.
Not your keys, not your coins. This week it applied to validators. Tonight it applies to the biggest exchange in the world.
Time to get your SOL earning again. Migrate in a tap.
Move your stake from Solflare (Legacy) to the new Solflare validator by November 1 and you'll receive compensation for staking rewards missed since October 26.
It will be paid to your wallet automatically during November. You don’t need to claim anything.
The migration only takes a few steps:
- Update Solflare to the latest version
- Go to Staking and tap Move your stake
- Review the details and confirm
What you get with the move?
→ Lower commission fees, meaning more rewards stay with you
→ Easy migration experience, directly in the app
→ Staking rewards resume once your stake is active on the new validator
Your SOL is safe. Let's get your stake earning again.

We've got a simple question for you, but you're allowed to pick only one option.
A, B or C.
Make your choice now.
The underrated part of @vangrid_io is the payment flow.
The bounty is funded first. The contributor captures the location. The buyer reviews the submission. Acceptance releases the USDC.
No pretending that every upload automatically earns a reward. The capture has to meet the request.
That’s closer to a real marketplace than a typical “contribute now, maybe earn later” model.
A bounty means more when the money is already locked in.
That’s one detail I like about @vangrid_io. Buyers fund requests in USDC before anyone starts capturing a location, with the funds held in an onchain contract on Base or Arc.
A contributor picks an open bounty, films the requested place, and submits the capture. Once the buyer accepts it, the reward is released.
There’s a clear link between the work being requested, the data being delivered, and the payment being earned.
For DePIN, that matters. Real contributors need more than incentives on a dashboard. They need actual demand and a defined path to getting paid.

“I’d gladly date”
first of all imagine giving a fuck if whether or not a woman will date you. i tell people most women view themselves as judges and expect satisfactory performance or auditioning from the world. and you’d be doing yourself a great disservice being part of the performers or audience.
zero ROI
I’d gladly date a 9–5er over a self-employed man with no concrete plan beyond luck and vibes.
Some men want the remote-worker title so badly, but there’s no actual business, no steady income, no strategy. Just motivational quotes and gym sessions to distract themselves from hunger.
Today, you’re chasing AI skills. Tomorrow, you’re starting a mini jersey business. Next tomorrow, you’ve discovered another talent. No direction, no consistency, no income. Just one new ambition every three business days.
Carry your certificate and go and find work, abeg. Even your destiny is tired of all these career changes.

Not everyone will play your game. And it doesn't always mean they don't want to. 👀
Sometimes, they just don't like the game.
Gaming is personal. One player loves MOBAs, another loves football games, another wants an FPS, while someone else would rather explore an open-world RPG.
Different players. Different tastes. Different gaming experiences.
You can't expect everyone to enjoy the same game, no matter how good the rewards are.
And this is something Web3 gaming needs to understand.
You don't onboard gamers by forcing them to like your game. You onboard them by building games they actually enjoy playing.
Ownership, NFTs, and rewards can be great additions, but they shouldn't be the only reason to play.
At the end of the day, people have different tastes. That's why gaming is so diverse.
The goal shouldn't be to make one game for everyone, but to build games for different kinds of gamers. 🎮

So many reasons to choose @solflare . 💛
The staking update is out and the team is working toward a new validator.
Note that rewards are paused during the transition, but your delegated SOL remains in your stake account.
We'll take it one step at a time.
Update on Solflare SOL staking
Our staking provider has notified us of a security incident on their side, affecting the keys they hold for the Solflare validator. They are investigating. As a result, the Solflare validator is currently not producing rewards.
Your SOL is safe. Delegated stake sits in your own stake account and is controlled by your keys alone; the Solana protocol does not allow a validator, or anyone holding its keys, to move it. No user funds were touched.
We're moving to a new Solflare validator, which means your stake will need to move too. No action is needed now: an upcoming app update will give you a secure, guided path to the new validator, and we'll post here the moment it's live. Rewards are paused until your stake is active on the new validator, and we're working on a compensation plan for everyone who migrates.
Migration will only happen through the Solflare app. We will never DM you or send you a link. We'll keep you posted.

Take a moment to understand how your staking works.
Rewards are paused while Solflare works on a secure migration, but delegated SOL remains in users stake accounts under their control.
Keep an eye on official updates💛

🚨ALERT: @solflare says a security incident at its staking provider affected the keys held for its validator, which is currently not producing staking rewards.
The wallet says no user funds were touched. Delegated $SOL stays in users’ own stake accounts and is controlled by their keys.
Solflare will guide users to a new validator through an app update, and rewards will resume once their stake is active.
Compensation is planned for users who migrate.

Okay chat, shitty situation, but no user funds lost.
Marketing is asleep so I wrote this one myself; don’t hold it against me, I’d rather be early and transparent than polished.
Our validator’s operator lost control of the validator’s keys. Solana is built for exactly this: validator keys can’t touch delegated stake, so your SOL sits in your own stake account where it always was. What’s paused is rewards, until we move stake to a new Solflare validator over the coming days, in-app and guided.
