How to take profit with LP-ing (not nuking the chart)
The past few weeks were crazy in the $AVAX eco – first, $KET catapulted us into the stratosphere, closely followed by $WINK and other tokens.
The lucky diamond-handed people that are still holding to their presale tokens today might be wondering – how do I take profits WITHOUT impacting the chart?
Enter single-sided LP using concentrated liquidity (you provide liquidity only with the token you want to sell).
On Avalanche, both @PharaohExchange and @LFJ_gg support this kind of LP-ing.
This step-by-step guide will focus on the Pharaoh Exchange.
Our scenario is as follows:
- We have 1000 $KET tokens
- We want to start earning fees ASAP
- We want our LP to be between the current price and the ATH. This ensures gradual profit-taking without selling all tokens at once.
NOTE: Most tokens are paired with $AVAX, so you need to think in AVAX terms instead of USD.
Our proces will consist of three steps:
1) Identify LP range
2) Set up LP
3) Remove liquidity

When I join @AvalancheFDN as Community Vibes Officer my first task is to reset the community.
- The community sentiment has been bad for too long. People are building cool things and miserable haters voices are always the loudest - they complain, offer no solutions and just want to bring everyone down (to their level)
- I will lead an ecosystem wide initiative to silence these people and ostracise them from our community.
- Firstly a “mute list” which I will lead but requires community input. Toxic users who contribute nothing but complaints will be added to this mute list and we encourage all AVAX community to mute their complains into the ether. We can’t remove people from X but we can remove them from our collective timelines.
- Secondly this expands to onchain. Utilising our army of onchain sleuths and AI, for serious offenders we blacklist wallet addresses from our protocols and apps. This will be optional for each protocol to adopt (to respect decentralisation) , but we can provide a live list of the banished so they cannot interact with our apps (they’d just complain and extract anyway)
- It’s centralized but I don’t care. We tried it the nice way for 4 years. It’s been crabs in a bucket - anytime someone has any sort of success, the community tries to drag them back down. Restarting the community fresh is impossible so this is the next best option - cutting out the rot.
No more carrot. Now stick.
