@eastdakota @Cloudflare I've been a long-time customer (since 2012) and you even sent me a Cloudflare cape. Sadly, the past few years the abysmal customer support is making me reconsider my loyalty. I've even been testing Enterprise account and I don't think it's worth keeping.
I miss the days when your support requests were handled with care. You would get a quick response from Damien. Your problems were actively debugged by someone with expertise on Cloudflare infra and a genuine desire to help. Now, even an Enterprise plan waits eons for any help.

@Cloudflare For 2 months I've been trying to cancel some services with #Cloudflare, but your billing and dashboard system is so fucked, the service keeps turning on by itself. One of those services is Argo /1
Their status page admits to these billing issues and I took a screenshot. But imagine if I hadn't accidentally stumbled across my predicted billable usage and saw I was about to get a hefty bill and I'm left dinged with a bill while their Support is on sleep mode. Maddening... /4
So please please please as I've pleaded in my suppport ticket @CloudflareHelp please disable the Argo service from my account and remove this erroneous and insane bill for a service that should have never been active in the first place. Thank you /5

REPORT: Donald Trump says a last millisecond head tilt likely saved his life as slowed-down footage shows the bullet grazing his ear.
If Trump hadn't moved his head, the bullet would likely have hit the rear of his head, ending his life.
Trump says he turned his head to look at the illegal immigration statistics that were on the big screen at his rally.
