Ever scrolled X all night feeling like the DeFi gods are gatekeeping the real alpha? Wondering who's actually decoding DeAI agents that don't flop or DePIN networks that scale without crumbling
I've been there, grinding solo in the dark Until I got Clarity
First let me tell you a little bout myself and what I bring to the space😅

mildly admitting you aren’t perfect constantly to cosplay as someone who’s actually perfect really puts me off
if there’s anything I’ve learnt from crypto in the last one year, it’s the fact that crypto people don’t care about character
they don’t care about morals. the only thing they care about is liquidity
as long as you have liquidity, you can say anything - do anything - get the best jobs - be in the best position, all that.
I understand the world is largely like this but crypto reflects this 1000x & seeing it happen over & over just suffocates me.

Yes VCs AND retail need to shoulder the blame here too.
Everyone opportunistically funded this rot, hoping to get rich despite knowing it was neither sustainable nor innovative/useful.
Why most crypto tokens have failed
Most tokens ever created are worthless by design because of outdated regulations.
The SEC’s Howey Test & regulation by enforcement forced projects to strip tokens of all rights to avoid the security label. This created a lethal combo: purely speculative assets + zero founder accountability.
By stripping rights from legal contracts, holders and investors were left with no recourse and founders with no fiduciary duty. This gave teams a green light to treat massive treasuries like personal piggy banks, spending as they please, pivoting endlessly, or walking away when things sour with zero consequences.
The blame isn't on the SEC alone. VCs knowingly funded this rot, pouring billions into no-rights structures, using retail as exit liquidity.
In any other market, a project offering zero rights and total treasury opacity wouldn't raise a dime. In crypto, it was the only compliant way to launch. The result is a decade of tokens designed to soft rug.
This eventually drove the industry toward memecoins. Retail, tired of being dumped on by VCs and teams flocked to assets where the lack of utility was at least honest. And this only made the rot worse: memecoins are even more speculative and less transparent, accelerating a shift toward predatory PVP trading and zero-sum gambling.
We're in a Battle to have great thoughts
But we now think at a snail pace, with faster execution and accuracy
But the natural flow of ideas, and the art of brain storming is being washed offshore...... By the greatest innovation ever (AI).

If you wanted a sign that 2026 would be the start of the greatest years of your life, this is it.
Congratulations Harri
I'd love a copy of your thesis, if it's possible ❤

Everyone should read this story…
A monk goes out on a boat in a small lake to meditate.
After a few hours of uninterrupted silence, he suddenly feels the jarring impact of another boat bumping into his.
While he does not open his eyes, he feels the irritation and anger building within him.
“Why would someone do that? Can’t they see me here? How dare they disturb my meditation?”
He opens his eyes, ready to shout at the person in the other boat, only to realize that it is empty. It had come untied from the dock and was floating in the middle of the lake.
In that moment, his anger and frustration disappears.
After all, you can’t be angry at an empty boat.
The story offers a powerful lesson, which I call the Empty Boat Mindset:
In life, you’re going to experience countless collisions. With people. With environments. With chance circumstances outside your control.
Each of these collisions will threaten to derail you. To stoke the fire of anger, stress, and frustration. To knock you off your path.
The truth is that the negative emotions that grow inside you are rarely from the collision itself, but from your perception of the negative intent behind the collision.
If you convince yourself that every collision is a deliberate action by a bad actor, negative emotions will control your entire life.
In others words, your interpretation of the collision creates your own poison.
The Empty Boat Mindset is the reminder that most of these collisions you experience in life are with an empty boat.
There is no negative intent. There is no desire to harm. They are simply the random collisions of objects floating along on the lake of life.
Interestingly, when you embrace the Empty Boat Mindset, you reassume control over your own boat.
You’re no longer prone to the spiraling emotional effects of chance collisions. You are a seasoned explorer, ready to adapt to whatever the seas throw your way.
So, the next time you feel a collision and find your negative emotions growing, pause and ask yourself a simple question:
Am I just getting angry at an empty boat?

Return on Investment
In April 2023, I backed an AI healthcare startup after a 4 hour conversation with their founder, an ex JP Morgan executive.
I invested after I saw their Optical Character Recognition (OCR). Basically, handwritten medical prescription that are recognised, digitalised and assessed with AI.
Half a year later, Nvidia partnered up with them and Iron Mountain (Market Cap $24billion) signed an agreement to acquire the company late last week.
- Acquisition expected by Q1 2026
- My projected ROI: 470%
- Duration: ~35 months
The deal was about infrastructure, access, and timing. A vertical model with unique data advantages. And a team that knew how to play regulated markets.
I didn’t think this investment would outperform Bitcoin’s 183% over the same period. But it did. This is why you diversify.
Not all upside lives on chain.
