1) Let projects file disclosures through Qualified Onchain Disclosure Agents
2) Let third parties file on behalf of projects

Some important takeaways from the SEC's Regulation Crypto Assets:
1. Airdrops that require points-based farming (whether explicitly or not) require disclosures.
2. No matter how much you raise, disclosures are needed (the level of disclosures changes with the amount raised). The maximum allowable amount raised is $75 million per year.
3. If you intend to raise MORE than $5 million, you need disclosures AND financial statements.
4. If it's more than $20 million, you need AUDITED financial statements.
5. If the issuer raised less than $5 million, retail/anyone can purchase with no restrictions.
6. If the issuer raised more than $5 million, retail investors are capped at 10% of the greater of their annual income or net worth.
7. @Blockworks' TTF can already help both issuers and investors.
It remains early cycle for the initiated and optimistic.
