Your body is highly effective at handling physical stress because that is what it is designed for.
It is far less effective at handling chronic mental stress, in fact worse than you might realize.
I am talking specifically about spending the entire day on social media.
Social media thrives on making you feel something and even useful content tries to hook you first. The stronger the feelings the better.
Within 10 minutes of scrolling you will have felt basically the whole bandwidth of human emotion.
The problem is that your subconscious can't differentiate between what's real and what's just on your screen.
For your subconscious everything you see is real and happening to you RIGHT NOW.
Can you imagine the load this places on your nervous system?
In those ten minutes you fight four street fights, have five previously unknown health problems and get introduced to ten supplements that might address them, see three naked highly attractive women and possibly one dick, see your civilization collapsing in real time, two Indians dying, one lonely kitten in a field with sad music, and at least three schizophrenic monologues like this one.
All of this is real to your brain and all of this happens while sitting there like an idiot and getting blasted with blue light.
(I hope this is just my algorithm, despite continuous effort to steer it toward nature, art, and philosophical reflection.)
Most people doomscroll far longer than ten minutes every day.
Can you even imagine what that does to your mind?
When was the last time your mind could operate the way it is supposed to?
When was the last time you were alone with yourself and your own thoughts and feelings?
(Also quick reminder that spending just two hours a day doomscrolling means doomscrolling one whole month per year.)
We are all insane and it's only gonna get worse from here on.
i made a team of autonomous agents trying to run it up
their objective?
gain as many views as possible
the agent in charge of the x account will post a daily update
me?
i don't do anything except tell them when i feel like they did something stupid.
99% of people use @bot like a single chat window.
We built a 9-agent team to run 5 faceless channels from scratch.
No human video editors.
I only talk to one bot (Chief of Staff) and it runs the other 8 around the clock.

details
The details differentiate the best products. Users take them for granted, and they should.
UX iteration is a time intensive, thoughtful, process. Ironically, revealed when users don't notice. The features feel intuitive and just work.
For example, we debated whether thesis threads should be chronological or reverse chronological. But what if we changed the form factor altogether? If you can see the relative positions of thesis on a chart their positioning becomes visually intuitive.
That is one of a dozen decisions that made thesis threads what it is.

.@meow needs to be studied.
It's a business bank for startups. In 2023 it held more than $1B in assets with 15 people, founders included.
How it got there is the interesting part: a few calls that each looked like the smaller option at the time.
1. Give the money back.
In 2021 Meow paid companies a yield on their idle cash by lending it to crypto trading desks. In June 2022 the founders started returning client funds. FTX collapsed five months later.
2. Restart on something boring.
Meow rebuilt on T-bills, short-term US government debt, about as safe as cash gets. When SVB failed in March 2023, companies moved about $500M of deposits to Meow in less than a month.
3. Work with banks instead of fighting them.
This month Stifel, a listed US bank, led Meow's $31.6M Series B. From early 2027 Stifel Bank will offer Meow's product to its own clients, under the Stifel name.
4. Get ready for software that pays.
In April 2026 Meow opened its banking to AI agents, so an agent can use the account directly.
My read: Meow keeps choosing the option that looks smaller today and ends up stronger later.

Replying to @RosaParksExpert
they mostly sold it for around $101.6 per SOL
the sell was done from outside the app which is why the app didn't indexed it
