The 1,783 wstETH that was withdrawn is exactly what was deposited on 5 June (+ interest), moved in the same chunk pattern as before. The new contract was approved by the owner Safe via the team's usual address & there is another 8000 WETH they could pull that they are not touching.
Sus parts: gas funded via Tornado and fresh addresses. But I suspect it's just for privacy reasons.

The exploiter tipped 99% of it to Titan Builder and kept only 0.0015 ETH, so there's no way to even reasonably frontrun these to rescue funds.

And so we have to apply the same, you know,

Now the question is how do we develop the technology to provision that policy provision that philosophy?
