Built this hero animation with @thebobchain to make @BoltLiquidity easier to understand at a glance. 14% engagement rate 84% non-follower impressions +153% website and technical-doc traffic This is some of the marketing work I like most: Make a complicated thing easier to understand, then give people a reason to keep digging.
Better onchain pricing used to mean more capital. Now it doesn’t.

I've spent a good portion of my career working in environments where "that's not my job" wasn't really an option. Early in my music career, before we had people to handle everything, I was doing a little bit of it all: performing, booking shows, managing tours, selling merch, building websites, securing sponsorships, coordinating logistics. Years later, working with early-stage startups in Web3, I found myself in a familiar position: positioning, content, creative direction, community, GTM, analytics, partnerships. Sometimes all in the same week. It's made me a big believer in generalists at early-stage companies. Not people who know a little about everything but can't own anything. People who have a strong core competency and enough range to connect the dots across different parts of a business. At a certain stage, specialization is absolutely necessary. But when a company is still figuring out its product, market, messaging, and distribution, that kind of versatility can be a massive advantage. Sometimes the most valuable person in the room isn't the one who knows the most about a single discipline. It's the one who can see how all the pieces fit together.

One thing I love about creator marketing in Web3 is finding ways to make the product part of the entertainment, rather than interrupting the entertainment with a product pitch. A good creative concept can demonstrate a feature without feeling like a product demo.

AI becomes dramatically more useful as a teacher when you stop asking it for answers and start asking it to make you prove your understanding.

Answer key from yesterday’s quiz: ✅ Every claim is unsupported ✅ Five equally weighted actions in the footer ✅ No implied reader ✅ “Decentralized” is doing no work This is exactly why I like this learning setup: AI isn’t just summarizing books for me; it’s making me apply the concepts and prove I understand them.
I used @claudeai to build a custom marketing curriculum instead of just reading books and hoping the information sticks. Today’s assignment: This page isn’t converting. What’s actually wrong with it? Pick every answer you think applies. I’ll QRT this tomorrow with the correct answer.

“Your strategy sucks.” “Your site sucks.” “Your marketing sucks.” “Anyway, I’d love for you to evaluate my work and decide to hire me.” My brother in Christ, you just spent the first half of the pitch explaining why my judgment can’t be trusted. Pick a lane.
are you fucking kidding me? pikzels.kumar-coding.dev/

39 is a funny age. Young enough to still want to do everything. Old enough to finally realize I absolutely cannot do everything.

AI hack I use all the time: 1. Tell it what you’re cooking 2. List the ingredients you already have 3. Ask it to build a sauce around them Tonight: Mediterranean chicken skewers → garlic-lemon yogurt sauce. Very practical. Very dumb. Very useful.

If you don’t have a catalog of stupid songs you sing to your dog with his name worked in, do you even love him?

Two founders launch the same AI app on the same day. Founder A spent 6 months perfecting the product. 0 followers. 0 email list. Launch day: 40 signups, mostly friends. Founder B spent those 6 months posting about what they were building. 8,000 followers. 1,200 people on the waitlist. Launch day: 900 signups. Same idea. Same tools. Different outcome. Founder A's app is better. Nobody will ever find out. In 2026 the code takes a weekend. The audience takes a year. If you're building in silence, you're not being humble. You're just making it harder for anyone to find you. Post the ugly version. Share the numbers. Start now.
