Love the British Royal Family, especially the Wales! Outdoors and nature cure all ills. Self enriching politicians are ruining our world.

🇧🇸 King Charles attends a Garden Reception at Government House, where His Majesty will meet Bahamians who have made significant contributions through voluntary, public, community & charitable service. The Reception began with a short prayer & brief remarks of welcome from the Governor-General — “Welcome home!” In the Upper Gardens, the King will complete a ceremonial planting of the national tree of the Bahamas, the Lignum Vitae, with young representatives from the Family Islands. His Majesty will then meet former Prime Ministers of the Bahamas, as well as members of the Bahamas Cabinet, before speaking with representatives of community & voluntary organisations.

A meaningful exchange as His Majesty King Charles III spoke with a local artisan & vendors at Parliament Square today, taking time to learn about their crafts and the traditions behind them 🧺🎨 The conversation highlighted the creativity, skill & cultural heritage that Bahamian craftspeople bring to their communities, reflecting the pride & artistry that define The Bahamas🇧🇸 #RoyalVisitBahamas

King Charles has been giving back through his charitable foundation since he was a young prince. Shame he gets credit for none of it. He’s too dignified to toot his own horn.

The King has planted a silver buttonwood at Bonefish Pond National Park, which is indigenous to the Bahamian coastal landscapes. The wetland is important to preserving fisheries, supporting the local economy and food supply 🐟
