One of the best qualities you can find in a coach is one that understands how to communicate to their players. Players may not understand at first but when they are able to see the coach does care thru the way he communicates, the players view of that coach changes for the better. No matter what they have to say it’s no longer viewed as nonacceptance but seen as the coaches unwillingness to let you become lesser than what you should be!
