Seattle peeps: I have a friend who is an experienced project manager who is looking for work. Referrals or leads are most welcome. Thank you

If they don’t, then you have the option to walk away. Your work reflects upon you. Your professional integrity reflects on all of us.
Being a professional means standing your ground, stating your rationale, and persuading your client to reconsider. Give them options.
You are not being paid to create lousy solutions requested by your client. You are being paid to provide your expertise.

When a client selects the worst logo you present or requests a shitty solution, it’s up to you, the professional, to advise bluntly.
