If you're a coach below the FBS level, you need to keep your DM's open because your program does not have robust resources to find all of the best players who will fit your program.
Open your DM's and make it easier on yourself by watching the film sent to you.

High School guys and younger. There has been a change in the game. The best way to get a football scholarship now is as an Offensive Lineman. Colleges are still posting for 26’s right now on OL. So instead of thinking of OL as a punishment, or somewhere to take plays off before you go back to defense, you’d be smart if you put the same effort into OL. Unfortunately, I don’t see a lot of that anymore. If anything ever kills off football it will be the lack of OL players…I just out here speaking the truth whether people like it or not.

JUCO is not for the weak though. It’s the proving ground.
