Massive ice jam along the Humber River at Etienne Brule Park near Old Mill. The parking lot is completely buried underneath pieces of ice the size of a pick-up truck. Presumably massive damage to the park infrastructure and river banks. This area will be closed for months.

@311Toronto hi. There is a pile of garbage bags (5 or 6) in Smythe Park near the Scarlett entrance in ravine area. Has been sitting there about month now. It is near where the cement has been marked '149'.hope this pic is helpful.
