African nationals will be able to enter Ghana without paying visa fees effective May 25, 2026.
🧾 What this means in simple terms
👉🏾African travellers will no longer pay visa fees to enter Ghana
👉🏾 The entry process will be handled through an online (e-visa) application system
This means travellers will apply before arrival instead of getting visa-on-arrival
In simple terms: you still get approval before you travel, but you don’t pay for it anymore.
One less excuse to say “I want to travel but…” 😉
