I think that note is genuinely the worst thing I’ve seen. Shocking formation, no semblance of tactics, clearly not communicated during training that if we’re losing this is what we’d do.

He’s literally created a formation mid game, scribbled it down and sent it out with a young kid to brief the whole team. 
  Having had our two man midfield overrun all game, he decides to go down to a one man midfield. 
  No wonder it got chucked away.
