Tonight the 26th Cardiff Brownies closed its doors 😢
Volunteering with Girlguiding hasn’t been easy but it’s been so rewarding seeing what a positive impact it has had on so many girls. We’ve had lots of fun along the way too!
So grateful for my guiding family 💛🤎
A fab time had by all at @New_Theatre for the Cardiff panto. Brownies and Guiders absolutely loved it 😁 Having a shout out from @MikeDoyleComedy just topped it off though!
What a way to end the term - party time tomorrow for our final meeting of the year 🎄💃🏼
What a beautiful set up for our Brownie carol service 🎄🎶 so lucky to have the support of Brownie parents with events like this 😍

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.

ALT A field of red poppies. There are a mixture of poppies in bloom, with some yet to flower. There are two poppies rising highest above the rest of the field that are at the centre of the picture. Above the flowers are the words: “We will remember them”.
For #RemembranceDay2024 we made poppy sun catchers. We hope the sun shines tomorrow so we can see them working! ☀️

🕯️On Remembrance Sunday, Girlguiding Cymru remembers and honours those who have served and sacrificed for our country.
We will never forget.

@26thCardiff Can't beat a bit of 'registrations' to start off the fun in Brownies tonight #favegame 😀
A bit of an adapted version of ‘The Plan?!’ was so much fun! The girls all had their own ideas of their life goals and realised that not everybody follows the same path 👩🏼🎓🧑🏽🍳🐶🌎
Tonight we were busy bees! Trefoil Trivia was challenging but the girls did amazingly well! We also worked on the ‘Lend a Hand’ activity and at next week’s meeting, we are looking forward to hearing about all the good turns that the girls will be doing this week ☺️👏🏼

@26thCardiff 'Game Over' saw the Brownies and Jack building card houses, with and without blutac. Pretty difficult - even with blutac! 😂 @AmyPaeds @KimCole91 #skillsbuilder
