GENIUS Act implementation is moving. The OCC is the first federal banking regulator to finalize its stablecoin rules: 1:1 reserves, redemption standards, and a federal licensing path for issuers. Thanks to advocates, GENIUS is law. Keep the momentum going: vote Nov 3.
🚨NEW: OCC Finalizes GENIUS Act Rules, Backs Off Stablecoin Rewards Restrictions The @USOCC has finalized its GENIUS Act rules, dropping proposed restrictions on stablecoin rewards and leaving a major fight between banks and crypto firms unresolved. cryptoinamerica.com/p/occ-fi…

A tokenized fund gains utility with every protocol and liquidity provider that integrates it. Centrifuge Chief Legal Officer @JusNode with @alenka_on_x and @kaisakaisa_ on Onchain, Honestly!
Everyone knows liquidity matters for tokenised assets. But few have made meaningful progress. @centrifuge is the standout. 👇 From instant redemption facilities with @grovedotfinance to integrations with Settle by @redstone_defi, @FissionXYZ, MultiLiquid and Symbiotic, the team is tackling this challenge from multiple angles. The result: 47% utilisation for $JAAA, with JTRSY arguably among the most liquid tokenised Treasury products on the market. And none of this is easy to build.👇

ServiceNow has introduced AI Passport to verify the scope of AI agents and MCP servers at runtime. As agents move across enterprise systems, authorization needs to follow the action, not stop at the initial login. Identity, permissions and delegation belong in the architecture.

bombshell report from the OCC out today confirming what we all suspected: between 2020 and 2025, based on a review of 100,000 complaints, America’s largest banks systematically denied banking to lawful businesses based on political and reputational considerations rather than objective financial risk, effectively appointing themselves arbiters of which industries deserved access to the financial system. digital assets was specifically named as one of the six most affected industries. TLDR: we weren't imagining it. OCP2.0 was real.

Bank regulators are asking how banks control, audit and shut down agentic AI. The architectural test is containment: if an agent exceeds its scope, can the institution revoke access, preserve evidence and restore operations independently?

When every stage of an asset's life runs on interconnected ledgers, each step works from the same record. The @IMFnews's Global Financial Stability Report points to less reconciliation and more automation as a result of tokenization. imf.org/en/publications/gfsr…

We were able to fine tune an open weight model (Qwen3.5-9B) on proprietary internal data at @coinbase, and it out performed frontier models, at much lower cost and speed, for a specialized task (fraud prevention in this case). I think we'll see more of this pattern inside companies. The frontier models are amazing generalists. But increasingly you'll see specialist models out perform on more narrow tasks, either working on teams, or by themselves. We're making it easy to fine tune models internally for our employees. We even have a skill for it in our internal harness that makes it easy to spin these up and start training them: "/fine-tune-and-serve-llm I want to fine-tune Qwen for payments risk review. help me get started" I imagine we'll have some backend services that could be replaced entirely by this new architecture.

AI companies received 86% of U.S. venture dollars in the first half of 2026, and rounds of $100 million or more took nearly 88%. The costs of that concentration extend well beyond AI. beigemedia.org/article/ai-ve…

Casa Grande P&Z approved the 954-acre Grande Valley CUP 6-1 on Oct 1. On-site fuel cells, closed-loop cooling, no end user signed. LKY is looking for a buyer. The permit is not the asset. The power contract and the offtake are. #RWAs #CREWorkflows

Arizona did not ban crypto ATMs. HB 2387 capped new customers at $2,000/day and existing at $10,500, with a refund path. The kiosk is a payments endpoint. KYC and the receipt have to live on the rail. ❄️

Arizona’s ACC issued a temporary cease-and-desist against IVT Media Group over an unregistered IV-SOL offering packaged as a three-phase stablecoin. Marketed as no-risk. Nondisclosure of the founder’s prior financial issues. Different rules, different levels. 🌵
