Steichen Is willing to let a 30 year old develop instead of someone who was 22, you can’t make this up 😭

Colts HC Shane Steichen on Daniel Jones: “He's proven that he can do it. So that's where the confidence comes from. And we need to get him back playing to that level that he was last year. It's taking a little bit longer." (@HolderStephen)

Went from “he’s got to clean up the turnovers. We can’t have it” to “interceptions happen in football” I’m checked out until Shane is too 😂

Unbelievable. Shane Steichen says he has not considered a QB change because he believes in Daniel Jones. Why? #Colts #ForTheShoe #Vikings #INDvsMIN
