Tony Simon is bringing together old-school cowboy vibes and modern tactical style with the 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗥𝟵𝟮 chambered in .𝟯𝟱𝟳 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗻𝘂𝗺.
This 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿-𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗹𝗲 is an absolute head-turner — finished in 𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, exposed hammer and a gold dot front sight that really makes it pop. It’s the kind of rifle that looks just as good on the wall as it does on the range.
But it’s not just about looks. The 𝗥𝟵𝟮 delivers that 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿-𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, smooth cycling, and the versatility of .357 Magnum / .38 Special, making it a fun and practical rifle for a variety of shooters.
Tony highlights why rifles like this are so appealing — simple, powerful, accurate, and just plain enjoyable to shoot. It’s a perfect blend of heritage and modern style, built for those who appreciate craftsmanship with a little extra flair.
If you want to see rifles like this in person and enjoy a fun night at the range, check out 𝗧𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗼𝗻’𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗘𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗧 — great people, great conversation, pizza, raffles, and hands-on shooting.

Today, a federal court in Denver heard oral arguments in Rocky Mountain Gun Owners and Alicia Garcia v. Jared Polis, the lawsuit challenging the Colorado state government’s mandatory 3-day waiting period for firearm purchases. #2A #copolitics
The hearing was before 89-year-old Senior Judge John Kane, who was appointed by President Jimmy Carter in 1977. Yes, really.
The case began in 2023, when @RMGOColorado and firearms instructor Alicia Garcia @boomstickbabe asked Judge Kane to temporarily stop enforcement of the new waiting period law. He refused, but that was not a final ruling. It only allowed the law to remain in effect while the case continued.
Now both sides have asked Judge Kane to decide whether the law is constitutional based on the evidence and legal arguments already submitted, without holding a trial. But it doesn't mean it's over. Once he issues that decision, whichever side loses can appeal it to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
A lot has changed since his first ruling though. In Ortega v. Grisham, the Tenth Circuit found that New Mexico’s seven-day waiting period likely violated the Second Amendment. The court recognized that the right to keep and bear arms includes the right to acquire them, and that the state failed to show a historical tradition supporting mandatory waiting periods.
The Tenth Circuit is the higher federal court over Colorado, so Judge Kane is required to follow the newest legal precedent as was set in the New Mexico waiting period ruling.
Today, attorneys defending Governor Polis argued that Colorado’s 3-day delay is different because it matches the federal background check window. But that federal window applies when a background check remains unresolved. It does not require an approved buyer to wait.
Colorado’s law does.
Attorneys representing RMGO and Garcia argued that the Tenth Circuit’s ruling against New Mexico’s waiting period should determine the outcome in Colorado as well: if forcing an approved buyer to wait seven days is unconstitutional, shortening that delay to three days does not make it constitutional.
Judge Kane did not rule today. He will issue a written decision, but no deadline was given.
Until then, Colorado’s 3-day waiting period remains in effect.
And we'll keep providing updates.

Are you a 2ndAmendment advocate, an 2nd Amendment activist, are you both or do you just own a gun?
Advocates use the system to dialog and lobby to affect change.
Activists use grassroots means, like rallies and protests to demand change.
Alicia is both.
Gun owners benefit from the work of both but too many contribute nothing to the fight.
This is Garcia V Polis, my lawsuit against the 3 day waiting period (72 hour hold) with RMGO.
I am the Garcia.
We filed suit October 1, 2023 at Triple J Armory in Littleton, Colorado the day this insulting policy went into effect.
Oral arguments begin tomorrow and although I will not be testifying, I will be there to show the judge and state Alicia Garcia is absolutely unwaivering in my fight to liberate the 2A in Colorado and for everyone in every state with these unconstitutional waiting periods.
The most urgent tool you’ll ever need is a firearm.
Staying alive is URGENT.
It is a human and civil right.
No bureaucrat has the authority to diminish the needs of Americans because they ‘feel’ like it.
Gun rights are HUMAN rights and I will continue to fight not only for me, but for every American.
Remember, the 2nd Amendment does not give you the right to bear arms, it AFFIRMS it.
We have a duty to stand up against tyranny and defend freedom.
This is my responsibility as much as it is yours.
Shout out to my attorneys, Mountain States Legal Foundation for representing us in this lawsuit and shout out to our original signing attorney, Mr. Barry Arrington, who is now with the Dept. of Justice SUING the state of Colorado and Denver against the equally unconstitutional magazine capacity limit.
We will triumph and I am confident in my team’s ability to see this case across the finish line.
One person CAN make a difference.
Stand up for civil rights and push back against these policies that are a threat to our American people, culture and safety.
Thank you to everyone who has supported this movement and my journey.
The "Triple Faux" allows us to have fun pretending we're allowed to own cool guns.
New Jersey has ridiculous gun laws that prohibit suppressors, adjustable stocks and standard capacity magazines.
The magazines & stock can be swapped for real ones when we win again in court.

Why? Because it’s got the look… without the features.
👉 Faux suppressor
👉 Faux extended magazine
👉 Faux adjustable stock

Tony breaks it down with his signature humor, explaining how rifles like this let you enjoy the look and feel of modern tactical platforms, while staying compliant.
But beyond the looks, this is a fantastic training rifle. It’s a .22LR semi-auto, which means low recoil, easy operation, and affordable shooting — perfect for introducing younger shooters or anyone new to the sport.
And let’s be honest… it also lets kids (and adults) feel like they’re holding one of those cool video game rifles, while 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀.

You can't trust the government with your freedoms.
You can't trust government to care about your individual best interest.
You can't trust government to protect you from those who want to do you harm, or from the government doing you harm.
The BILL OF RIGHTS is a list of "You can't trust government..." written by the Founding Fathers.
We've allowed the government to infringe on every amendment.
The Founding Fathers didn't trust government without the checks and balances they built into the system.
Why do so many Americans still trust the government when trusting the government is the antithesis of our fundamental founding principles?

Never ever believe gun control is for your safety.
The Founding Fathers knew government could never be trusted. They gave us a playbook on how our government should work.
We allowed the government to restrict our rights, lie, cheat, murder women and children FOR YOUR SAFETY.

The violence perpetrated against Gabby Giffords and others in 2011 was horrific and unforgivable. I can even understand why she wants to ban guns, maybe I would too if I went through the horrors she did.
But being a victim does not make her an expert on the Second Amendment or gun policy.
Democrats would not be OK with having an immigration hardliner whose child was murdered by an illegal immigrant run our immigration policy. Nor would they want someone who was left disfigured and resentful by a drunk or stoned driver setting our drug policy.
Victim impact is a reason to find solutions (constitutional ones), but it isn't a qualification in and of itself.

Sadly, yours is a properly minded civic outlook. Sad because you should not even need to post that. Many citizens misunderstand basic constitutional power- improperly accepting that just because the legislature creates these laws (sponsored (and financed) by the anti-gun activists,) that they are constitutional. These anti-gun laws are clearly diametric to the Bill of Rights. And as the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land, (I agree that) these politicians should be (as you point out) “fired, ridiculed and ostracized.” We have crossed into a dimension our forefathers feared, where the combination of unfettered democracy combined with the lack of virtue, are bigger threats than any foreign adversary.
