il toro should be vaulted and an event that lets you unlock the blueprint for the anvil splitter should be added a serious rework is needed for the toro right now turn it into a double barrel with a max mag size of 2, drastically nerf the fire rate, or take it out

I just built an entire skill tree into security breach over 100 hours of gameplay to have them nerf it the morning I finally completed it. Can’t even respec my skill points. No, this is completely ridiculous
