$LB water royalties were 0.63 million bpd in Q2 2024 to a 1.5 million+ bpd average in 2025. Contracts run $0.10–$0.25 per barrel. New deals are about $0.15 ( and expected to keep rising according to management) . Each incremental 100,000 bpd is guided at $4–6 million of annual royalty revenue.

Some interesting data on senior housing. Occupancy hit 89.9% in Q2, the highest level since 2015.
Meanwhile, new inventory grew just 0.4% year over year, with fewer than 16,000 units under construction across the 31 largest U.S. markets.
Demand continues to grow, and almost nothing new is being built.
