Getting lean is a lot more rewarding and easier to achieve when u've been getting stronger. Nothing is a bigger indicator that u gained extra muscle mass than being able to lift a heavier weight. Train hard, focus on intensity and having abs, any aesthetic lines becomes easier.

My favorite recipes involve red lentils pasta or gnocchi. Easy recipes, fast to cook, high protein or gnocchi also lower calories. Oven baked feta cheese with tomatoes, EVOO and spices. Mix in pasta and ground beef afterwards. Or heat veggies in a pan, put some cream cheese in it as well, spices. Add the gnocchi/pasta. Again with ground beef, or chicken. Or begin with ground beef in the pan add tomatoes/veggies, tomato paste and spices. Put it on a plate covered with lamb lettuce, round it up with low fat mozzarella cheese. All so easy to make. 1 pan, red lentils pasta is cooked in 5min. Throw cheese and veggies into the oven. Nothing really with a lot of prep time.

Peptides are just Fit-Tea & booty bands for men
I'm convinced the majority fell for peptide psychosis by getting sucked into the algo. Not really needing it, paying a bunch of money and constantly ignoring any negatives effects, or bad reactions from injections. Completely distracted from what would actually move the needle for them.

3 workouts a week, 3 meals a day. Walking everyday and 16 weeks of following the routine. But still having fun on the weekend. Props to my client for following the guidance and showing again what a difference 20lbs less body fat makes.

Always the case. Nothing screams more of cope than accusing someone of steroid use, only because he unfatted himself and stayed disciplined.
It’s honestly hilarious the amount of people doubting this was done naturally. You can clearly see I already had muscle mass under the fat in the first picture, Losing 13lbs in six months is roughly half a pound a week…

A diet, fat loss in general is the ultimate goal to become locked in. Nothing gets u more into flow than chasing a lower number on ur scale. Seeing the direct reflection and change in the mirror. How angular and well shaped u actually are. Food, walks… all daily goals u hit.

Broscience bodybuilding works perfectly without the drugs too btw. U don’t even have to identify as a bodybuilder to take the best bits from it. To improve ur health and looks. I did nothing else, still lived a "normal life". Took on the challenge to do a strict diet, that made me end up on a bb stage as a byproduct. Not as the intended goal.
Bro bodybuilding was always right and always had the right instinct to look great: fasted cardio, eating clean, high protein diet, stomach vacuums for a tighter waist, mind muscle connection, focus on a good stretch under load… everything that works good has been figured out.

Snacking is the worst when u want to lose body fat. U eat all day without ever feeling full. Ur body is constantly working on digesting food, nothing else… evenly spaced out FULL meals make it easier to diet. Feel satiety, allow hormones to settle, the digestion to work well. It’s all about adherence, a system. Breakfast, lunch and dinner stay undefeated.

Last time I was on a bodybuilding stage is 3 years ago. I’m glad I did it one more time for the cool pictures and a story. Dieting towards it isn’t even what sucks the most. The worst comes after it from going too lean. And the post show blues. Normies can’t even tell the difference between 6% body fat and 8-12%. U’re just in it for urself. Looking crazy is cool, but pushing urself beyond physical limits is what lets u find out more about urself. Or u’re in it to win. Everything else can be experienced by just a normal diet. Getting urself lean to a point it’s uncomfortable, but not really crushing ur hormones. With the need to recover for months. 8-10% body fat is the best general challenge. To experience what leaning out all has to offer. Physically and spiritually.

The key to a great workout is either to not listen to any music, or to put on a 1hr banger mix and make sure to finish the session in that time.

I allowed myself to eat more this month, try to push more weight in the gym and I’m already tired of food. Bulking is the biggest scam. I like feeling light, sharp and clean. Lean is forever law.

Hunger is good. Hard training is good. Intense cardio is good. Everything that is hard and painful allows for more pleasure in life. True enjoyment comes from challenges. The extra reward is a better physique, more energy and youthful spirit. Generally more growth in life.

Lat training comes down to a lot of feel and pump. A cue I follow for good engagement of my lats is to not only pull my elbows back, but also drive them down during a row or pulldown. Similar to a pullover motion.

after being out of the gym for a while I needed a good routine to get back in the swing of things and this one has been great sessions aren’t super long, and you’re only in the gym 3 days a week
Full 3 days a week training routine with double linear progression. Quick workouts, focused on the aesthetic muscle groups. I’ve trained for over a decade doing full body routines. This is how I would start if I had to begin with fitness again.
