Week 10 resume rankings

9. OSU @ 8. Alabama
Marshall = Quality Win
Texas A&M = Non Quality Win
Using games against the top 25 instead of just non con record is a neat little trick that B12 fans are trying
It allows them to talk about how BYU beat ND while ignoring losses to Auburn, A&M, northwestern, North Carolina, Pittsburgh, and Tulsa(!)
SEC propagandists love to boast this 10-2 figure, with the hope that nobody digs deeper.
The truth is out of 12 non-conf P4 opponents, only 2 are currently in the top 25. SEC is 1-1 with an outright miracle Texas over Ohio State and the absolute demolition of Arkansas vs Utah.
All other games are against lower tier or mid tier teams hovering around .500
The long held and carefully constructed but entirely factitious illusion of SEC supremacy continues to unravel in the NIL era, and they are increasingly in shambles!
If the back-to-back-to-back playoff bungles weren’t evidence enough, the fact that they have to resort to misleading numbers should strengthen the case

No, calling Houston a probable playoff team a week ago is blatantly stupid
Why is this community note typed out in Redditor speak?
I think we can all agree how stupid Daylight Saving Time is!
So, instead of falling back an hour this weekend, I say we spring forward four hours.
That way LSU v. Bama will kickoff when it’s supposed to, and the Tide can experience a true Saturday Night in Death Valley!
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Thats... thats not how it works. 4 hours forward would mean LSU’s 2:30pm kick off would feel like today’s 10:30am
