I’m still surprised at how confidently some offer advice about things they’ve not been successful at 🤔

The Property Tax debate could be satisfied in a simple manner. Property taxes should not increase with property values, as that's taxation on an unrealized capital gain. Your home value means nothing unless you sell it. Instead of rolling annual property taxes, how about imposing a sales tax based on the value the property was purchased at? Allow this sales tax to be rolled into the mortgage and paid off, just like a vehicle purchase. You buy a more expensive property, your sales tax is higher. Just like a vehicle purchase. All the municipal and school taxes could be satisfied through other already existing taxes. Raise or lower those consumption based taxes, as needed. Nobody should lose their home because they get taxed out of affordability. This is just gentrification on a wider scale. If you pay off your vehicle and the sales tax, you own it, outright. Nobody can take it away from you. The same should apply with your home.

Mike Rowe @mikeroweworks of “Dirty Jobs” should’ve followed a political influencer for a day. Imagine earning money daily by seeking out what angers you and ranting about it. Constant doom and gloom. No thanks!

Buy your dream car! Don’t take financial advice about cars from dorks who aren’t car enthusiasts. They still spend it on other things, they just hate cars.

People are fascinated with before / after transformations. They'll watch TV shows about remodeling homes. YouTube for hours watching car restoration videos. Weight loss competitions. Most movies are scripted with a hero's journey storyline with the main character facing adversity and finally overcoming to achieve a goal. Transformation content is the undisputed heavyweight of human attention. It's like watching others improve has become a sport. You'd think that with so much interest in a subject, more people would want to participate in their own personal improvement. That's why I love coaching. I select players to get off the sidelines and finally step onto the playing field. I sell transformation to those who value it most. I've created legitimate confidence within others. I've witnessed their businesses flourish and grow. I've challenged them to become more fit and strong. I've saved marriages and business partnerships. Most importantly, I help them find clarity and peacefulness within a distracting and anxious world. For me, it's not about the money. In fact, I'll fire clients who waste my time by bringing excuses instead of actions. I demand the results from each of them. I'm just not interested if someone isn't committed to real change. If you've made it this far, here's a challenge for you: Dedicate more daily hours of transformation of yourself than the amount of time you consume watching others transform. Participate, don't just spectate. 🧡

Regarding Jack Smith and the like; I'm convinced that Senate Hearings are just intended for social media clips. They are purely content creation ops for the drama show characters these Senators play. All talk, zero actions. They all probably hug it out and high-five afterwards.

Ignore the coaches that tell you what they’ve earned. The real ones show you how much they’ve impacted others 💜

It’s as if people with no integrity are constantly seeking new ways to prove they are worse than you think they are.

Strive to become someone who a random person tries to debate, so they Google you and realize they’ve now lost twice 😉

Coaches coaching coaches to coach more coaches. That’s a pyramid scheme. Paying to get featured in Forbes Council while pretending it was earned media. Creating clips that show you being “interviewed” with a mic when you’re just yapping to yourself. Fake podcasting is a thing. Buying fake followers and bot engagement is lame. Paying to pitch from a stage to an audience that believes you earned that stage, and you’re only concerned with how you’ll ROI on that audience instead of serving them… sheesh. I’m okay being disliked by people that do this, in fact I’m honored by it. 😂

Every legit business owner and taxpayer should be furious about this. Arrest all of these frauds.
BREAKING: I investigated SOMALI DAYCARES in the Seattle metro and uncovered over $5 MILLION of potential misuse of taxpayer funds. When I knocked on doors, no one answered. Neighbors told me they have never seen any kids! These individual daycares are receiving $40,000 - $70,000 per month.

Whenever you feel you are beneath your potential, realize it’s temporary and you can do something about it. First step? Identify the excuses you use to avoid every solution. Remove them.

Nobody should feel entitled to a discount just because they’re related to the seller. If the seller wants to offer a discount, that’s one thing. Expecting a discount is another thing.

The last two years have proven that our US Senate and House members are collectively ineffective or incompetent... or both. They've accomplished nothing notable, made no indictments for arrests, and have mostly just taken months of vacation.

Nobody "needs" a coach.😮 Coaching doesn't originate from need, at all. It's not sourced from a place of despair. It's not about saving the needy or repairing the broken. While therapists focus on unwinding and resolving your past, coaches focus on advancing your future. To the right individual, coaching is a want, not a need. You're competitive and recognize that top performers all have coaches, because they want every advantage possible. You have humility and are eager to learn new things in order to accelerate the timeline towards your BIG goals. You want someone objective in your life, who engages in deep and sometimes uncomfortable conversations. You just want the truth. You want less noise. Less distractions. A clearly defined path of proven actions that lead to your desired result. You understand it's possible to completely upgrade your worldview and lifestyle, sometimes by simple perspective shifts and better habits. As a coach, I'm in the miracles business. There's no other way to describe the impacts I've witnessed. 🧡

One little rule will take you so far in life and also define you. "Do what you say you'll do." (1/2)

It really is this simple. You might be surprised at how many don't follow through. If you said you'll show up, show up. If you said you'd pay them, pay them. If you said your goals out loud, pursue them. The reason most fail this simple rule of keeping their word to others, is because they can't keep promises to themselves. (2/2)

I’m going with how they act online, especially when using an alias account. People show who they really are when there’s no accountability or repercussions. In person, they fear the judgement or retaliation so they behave.
What is a more accurate gauge of someone's true character? How they behave in person or how they behave online? I can see arguments for either.
