The religion of white guilt has 2 commandments:
1.All non-white people are always victims of their circumstances.
2. These circumstances the fault of the actions and omissions of white people
How it works:
-When millions of non-white people go to white countries is the fault of white people because they
a) "exploited "their countries and "caused all wars" or
b) did not "help these countries enough".
-When these non-white people come to white countries and commit crimes there, white people are also to blame because they "did not give them enough opportunities". If they do not achieve social advancement, it is the fault of "structural racism."
