Simple concept. Key is QB needs to be able to reset and throw from a good platform!
Make sure your QB’s get RPO mesh work in other periods to make sure they’re comfortable if this is something you want to dive into!

RB “Ride the block” drill.
- Press the “puller” and stay tight to the inside hip
- Once the “puller” leads upfield through the “gap” ride the block with your eyes upfield.
- Go opposite and vertical of the next level defender.
- Use different variations for the RB #RBDrills
