Oh also, I'm not trying to discredit the work that was put into this project, I'm sure a lot of work was put in. The project just felt rushed and didn't meet the expectations. Everyone who worked on it I'm sure tried their best to work with what they had and I compliment them!

12/12 Get it's footing and be something spectacular, it would be probably almost on the same level, as the narrow gauge props would've been very hard to work with I imagine. All of this is my opinion btw, don't get mad at me or I will tell my mum on you. Thanks :3

11/12 Altogether, the project felt very rushed, especially since the replicas themselves weren't finished. I tried to stay clear of comparing this to Project Tiger Moth as that project I believe had a bigger budget, which if this project was given more time to really-

10/12 Now I don't wanna dog on this whole thing, there are some good parts. The sets weren't too bad, I enjoyed quite a few of them. Seeing Crovans Gate come back to life was quite nice. And it's cool to see another gauge 1 project come to life once again.

9/12 Yes they're replicas, I understand that, but some of them looked jank. Like wtf is Rheneas' face doing here bruh???

8/12 Mint green he's been in for the past 20 years. I'm not even gonna get into the restoration of the prop (which there is none) cause that'd be a long thread too. Other than Peter Sam, the fact the engines were missing couplings and their faces were all messed up-

7/12 I know it's exciting to work with the real props from the show while making your own video. But, the thing is over 30 years old at this point, almost 40. He was waddling ffs. He was missing side rods and his paint job stuck out so much. He's still in the shitty-

6/12 The models. Duncan being the only engine to have a working eye mechanism and all the others have theirs tracked around is very jarring. It was very odd seeing that. However I think the fact that the Peter Sam prop was used for this video is very... strange?

5/12 Third, the music. Why was there a music queue every 2 seconds? There was music getting cut off as needed songs started. There were 3 music queues within the same 10 seconds at some point. You don't need music to convey an emotion, you let the characters do that themselves.

4/12 I get it, the sets probably weren't very big and there isn't a lot of movement with the camera, but at least a little bit of flare would have made a world of a difference.

3/12 Second the cinematography. Now I'm not a director or camera operator. BUT, I've been filming and learning abt film for over half my life, I know my way around a camera. The shots in this project felt very basic, all of them too high or not low enough or too zoomed out.-

2/12 First of all the plot was a little odd, I mean this feels like Duncan Gets Spooked but... not scary. Like the spooky aspect of the episode felt very unnecessary. The pacing was very fast which doesn't fit in the Season 4 aesthetic they were trying to achieve.

(THRED) 1/12 I wanna hive my 2 cents on this project. First of all I wanna say, I feel like gauge 1 projects now have a lot of stigma, as they will inevitably be compared to Project Tiger Moth, which was amazing. But in saying that, this project was kind of a massive fumble.
