Most projects die because their communities expect too much and believe too little.
You can spot a weak community from miles away.

Not every announcement is a make or break, but you'd think that was obvious.
Strong communities work differently, they don't need weekly updates to hold out their conviction.
Instead, they're focused on the vision and add value without being asked.
