Great article by Yahoo Sports!!!!! Mainstream media is paying attention to horse racing beyond the Kentucky Derby. The People’s Commissioner will make sure U.S. racing has a voice in mainstream media EVERYWHERE. The days of the same old insiders controlling this sport and feeding their self serving narratives to prehistoric, sponsored journalists who do nothing but copy and paste their press releases are OVER. The old guard better be ready for a LOT more national transparency, accountability, and some very uncomfortable questions!!!!! I’m on a mission, not a campaign!!!!! 🐎💪

🚨ALERT, MUST READ, LONG POST. HORSE RACING’S BILLION-DOLLAR DISGRACE AND THE PUPPET MASTERS BEHIND IT!!!!! HOW MUCH POWER CAN ONE LAW FIRM HAVE OVER AN ENTIRE INDUSTRY??? Let me introduce everyone to STOLL KEENON OGDEN and BILL LEAR!!!!! Bill Lear is chairman emeritus of Stoll Keenon Ogden, a Jockey Club steward, a Keeneland trustee and one of the principal draftsmen of the legislation behind @hisa_us. In my opinion, he’s the PUPPET MASTER of the horse racing establishment. And I still question whether this guy knows the difference between a horse’s head and a horse’s ass!!!!! NOW FOLLOW THE CONNECTIONS!!!!! Who has represented the @jockeyclub??? STOLL KEENON OGDEN. @BreedersCup??? STOLL KEENON OGDEN. @Keeneland??? STOLL KEENON OGDEN. @TOBAhorses??? STOLL KEENON OGDEN. @NTRA??? Attorneys from STOLL KEENON OGDEN have handled its legal work. FIVE supposedly independent organizations, all connected to ONE LAW FIRM!!!!! And it gets even more ridiculous!!!!! Drew Fleming, CEO of Breeders’ Cup. Previous employer??? STOLL KEENON OGDEN. Shannon Arvin, CEO of Keeneland and chair of NTRA. Spent nearly TWO DECADES where??? STOLL KEENON OGDEN. Sarah Sloan Reeves, Keeneland’s new Chief Legal Officer. More than 15 years where??? STOLL KEENON OGDEN. Sam Reinhardt, HISA’s General Counsel. Previous employer??? STOLL KEENON OGDEN. Bill Thomason, former Keeneland CEO and current HISA board member, has also been publicly identified as BILL LEAR’S BROTHER-IN-LAW!!!!! HISA’s board includes Jockey Club members and former leadership of Keeneland and Breeders’ Cup. And let’s not forget that the Jockey Club, Breeders’ Cup and NTRA provided millions in loans to HISA. Some of those industry loans have been forgiven!!!!! DOES LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY ONLY HAVE ONE F$&KING LAW FIRM??? These organizations are NOT INDEPENDENT!!!!! THIS IS A MASSIVE CONFLICT OF INTEREST!!!!! IS THIS COLLUSION??? IS THIS MASSIVE CORRUPTION??? IS THIS PREMEDITATED??? IS THIS ENTIRE SYSTEM ARCHITECTED TO CONTROL AN INDUSTRY??? AND NOW LET’S TALK ABOUT THE REAL F$&KING TRAGEDY!!!!! For 30 years, horse racing has watched opportunities disappear while too much of its leadership has resisted meaningful change. I believe the industry’s failed leadership, lack of innovation and concentration of power may have cost horse racing BILLIONS AND BILLIONS AND BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN POTENTIAL GROWTH!!!!! And I’m not just talking about money!!!!! I’m talking about racetracks closing. Thousands of lost jobs. Breeders going out of business. Owners leaving the industry. Trainers struggling to survive. Small businesses shutting down. Families losing livelihoods. Entire communities losing an industry they depended on!!!!! THIRTY YEARS OF LOST OPPORTUNITY AND POTENTIALLY MULTI, MULTI, MULTIBILLION-DOLLAR ECONOMIC DAMAGE!!!!! I HAVE A LAWSUIT PREPARED!!!!! THE TIMING IS MINE!!!!! I know the people in horse racing are enjoying watching these questions finally get asked!!!!! AND THEY DESERVE ANSWERS!!!!! If litigation becomes necessary, discovery can bring contracts, correspondence, financial records, depositions and sworn testimony into the process!!!!! SO HERE’S MY MESSAGE TO BILL LEAR, STOLL KEENON OGDEN AND THE JOCKEY CLUB STEWARDS!!!!! HORSE RACING IS NOT YOUR PRIVATE F$&KING COUNTRY CLUB!!!!! THIS INDUSTRY DOESN’T BELONG TO YOU!!!!! IT BELONGS TO THE OWNERS, BREEDERS, TRAINERS, JOCKEYS, HORSEPLAYERS, FANS AND THE THOUSANDS OF HARDWORKING PEOPLE WHO DEPEND ON IT!!!!! I’M NOT LOOKING FOR A SETTLEMENT. I’M LOOKING FOR ANSWERS, ACCOUNTABILITY AND AN INDUSTRY THAT FINALLY HAS A FUTURE!!!!! F$&K YOU AND SUE ME PLEASE!!!!! 🐎💪 This fight isn’t for me. I represent and fight for the 99% of the industry and its future. Comment, Retweet, Like, to show the crooked clowns how we all really feel!!!! Speak now or forever hold your peace. What do you think??? Mike from Queens The Commish

I’ve loved horse racing for almost 40 years. I’m having conversations, both directly and through legal channels, with The Jockey Club, Breeders’ Cup, HISA, and Keeneland. This is all very FIXABLE!!!!! I WANT TO BE PART OF THE SOLUTION!!!!! They can either welcome me into the decision-making process and allow me to help shape the FUTURE of this sport, or they can fight me every step of the way as the industry continues to free fall. Four months ago, The Jockey Club invited me to become a member. I declined, but told them I would only accept the role of Jockey Club Chairman and Steward. They declined my offer. I am not going away!!!!! I am confident I represent 90% of people who want immediate, meaningful and impactful change!!!!! If I MUST, I WILL challenge them legally with an UNLIMITED budget. I am on a mission to help the people who love this sport, make this industry their livelihood including owners, trainers, breeders, horseplayers, and fans and to help secure the future of the sport!!!!! I’m not afraid of criticism, being called a disruptor, or even an ASSHOLE. 😂 LFG!!!!!
