In Kelly Township, Union County, a new roundabout funded with a $1.2M PennDOT Multimodal Transportation Fund (MTF) grant will help bring a smoother connection to the community.

I visited with Kelly Twp. officials at the future Hospital Drive Roundabout, which received $1.2M from PennDOT’s Multimodal Transportation Fund (MTF).
