orbio hit an ATH on token usage yesterday and our platform is outpacing a lot of yc startups in terms of platform revenue. we've done $46k non protocol revenue in our first 40 days live, thats over $500k ARR in less than 2 months.

GM Pudgy Penguins is going through one of its toughest periods in a long time. The floor is around 2 ETH, confidence has taken a serious hit, and some holders with leveraged positions are facing painful consequences. The Abstract shutdown has only added to the frustration. And I think we need to acknowledge something. The team has lost the trust of part of its community. Not because of one mistake, but because expectations were built over time, promises were made, and some of those expectations never became reality. I've supported Pudgy for a long time, and I still believe in what this brand can become. But at this stage, words are no longer enough. We don't need more ambitious interviews, big announcements or promises about what's coming next. We need delivery. We need transparency. We need accountability. And I think one of the strongest things the team could do right now is publish independently audited financial statements showing the performance of the Web2 business. There are legitimate questions about revenue, profitability and how operations are funded. Some people believe Pudgy's Web2 business is successful. Others question whether it can sustain itself without relying on crypto-related funding. I don't think anyone outside the company has enough verified information to settle that debate. So why not provide the numbers and let the results speak for themselves? I also think it's important to remember where this team came from. They didn't create Pudgy Penguins or receive the proceeds from its original mint. They acquired a struggling brand and worked to give it a second life. That deserves recognition. But past achievements don't remove today's responsibilities. I think the team became too ambitious, expanded in too many directions and underestimated how quickly market conditions and community sentiment could change. Abstract was a costly lesson. Now the question is whether they've learned from it. I still believe Pudgy has an opportunity to recover. The brand has an established presence, relationships and an NFT community that has supported it through difficult times. But none of that guarantees success. The next chapter needs to be about execution. Focus on the Web2 business. Rebuild alignment with NFT holders. Improve communication. Be transparent about the financials. And most importantly, deliver something meaningful before promising the next big thing. As for the current NFT prices, I can understand why some collectors might see an opportunity here. But nobody knows where the bottom is, and conviction should never replace proper risk management. I'm still here, still collecting and still hoping to see Pudgy succeed. Not because I believe the team can do no wrong. But because I believe people can make mistakes, learn from them and come back stronger. The opportunity is there. Now it's up to the team to earn back the trust. Less talking. More delivering.

Capitulation of @pudgypenguins. Team rescue mission - CANCELLED. Yesterday the team’s wallet (0xb972C97213a47Bf58fE2cCe28eB3e2F65C842F97) still had a $640K and 37 NFTs. This morning only $13k remained. Everything else was quietly relocated to a brand-new wallet: 0x0D074Ceeaf5673FA8335BFC91b7E3A35312028B3 Tx: 0x0b6fe42ef482beb3a7b0de379806e0561404ebd8ca261916b123a11c6a4684bf What? Why? To what end? The cold fact is simple: they stopped buying back and stopped placing bids. Meanwhile, a truly glorious cascade of liquidations is kicking off on Blur. The “safe zone” supposedly starts only once bids stay above 2.7 ETH - which looks about as realistic as a flying penguin, without continued buybacks. This has all the charm of a slow rug. Good riddance.
The @pudgypenguins team already burned $250k of their $1M “rescue fund” trying to save NFT collection after @AbstractChain shutdown. Bought a whole 25 penguins. Still 750k left on the wallet. Terrifying to imagine what the floor would look like without team frantically buying their own bags, but I think at this pace the piggy bank runs dry in 2–3 days and we’ll all find out. Can’t fight the trend. Zero reasons left to buy or hold a penguin rn.

Greeny and I break down the Abstract situation. Businesses fail, that's part of the game. But how it happens, how it unfolds, that's what matters. My first point: the communication was poor.

Approvals are out. Every application that passed verification is now marked approved. Check your card: 7thegoat.xyz/status There's something on the approved ones that wasn't there yesterday. 150 guaranteed spots. If your card says approved, it has a claim button on it. Put in the wallet you applied with and the spot locks to that wallet. Nobody can claim it for you. Nobody can see how many are left. First 150. Then it's done.
