I was 35 minutes late for the most important interview of my career because I stopped to help a stranger outside the very building where I was supposed to be interviewed.
I had spent six months pursuing that job. Three interviews, two assessments and countless emails had finally brought me to the final meeting with the CEO.
The appointment was at 9:00 AM.
At 8:20, I noticed a young woman sitting on the pavement, crying. Her handbag was open, her documents scattered around her and she kept saying she had lost her father's medical file.
I stopped to help her.
What I didn't know was that helping her would put my own future at risk.

I know literally all the lyrics word for word. Some of these OSTs are from dramas I watched years ago, but the songs still sound so beautiful and bring back so many memories.
Funny thing is, I haven't been as active with watching K dramas as I used to be, but their OSTs still hold a special place in my heart. ❤️

That makes sense when you’re optimizing hardware utilization.
Developers also optimize for control.
Running offline. Keeping sensitive inputs on their own machines. Pinning model weights. Running experiments without a per-token API bill.
Local hardware costs money to buy and run. Ownership lets you keep using your model when a provider changes pricing, retires an endpoint, or cuts your quota.
A machine doesn’t have to run 24/7 to justify owning it.
Small model. Limited horsepower. Still my ride.

Women write wills too. It's not a men's document; it's about making sure your wishes are respected and your loved ones are protected.
Losing a forward always disrupts the plans, especially when fixtures are piling up. Chelsea will need others to step up and share the goals.
