A man sucked on a vape and smiled after being allowed to walk free from court after punching and kicking a helpless dog to death.
LUKE WALKER, of OXTON ROAD in Road in BIRKENHEAD, pleaded guilty to two offences under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and the defendant also admitted a further charge of criminal damage relating to the dog.
