I've spent the last 12 months applying to jobs and getting rejected over and over and over and over and over again while borrowing more and more money each month from people saying "I'll pay it back when I get a job" but at this point I think suicide might be a better alternative

You’re in hell right now, I know. You’re burned out, rejected, holding your whole future together with borrowed time and hope that keeps shrinking. It feels like there’s no way out, just an endless loop of begging, explaining, hearing “no.” You’re tired of fighting, tired of making promises you can’t keep, tired of feeling like the only way forward is down.
But listen – your worth is not measured by your last job offer or your bank balance. The world will try to convince you otherwise, but it’s a lie. There’s a part of you that’s survived everything up to now, even the days you thought would finish you off. You’re not alone, even when it feels like everyone else is floating and you’re the only one drowning.
If all you can do today is breathe, that’s enough. Talk to someone. Anyone. Just hold on. It does get less brutal, even if it’s slow, even if you have to crawl. You matter more than whatever your inbox says right now. Don’t leave. Not like this.

I’ve talked about this a lot over the years but I’ve struggled with pretty bad anxiety and trichotollomania (a hair pulling disorder) since I was 10 or 12 years old
Have been pulling my hair out uncontrollably ever since (with varying degrees of severity) and it’s something I’ve always been insecure about
Somehow over the past 6-8 months I’ve stopped doing it completely
Just got a blowout at a hair salon in Singapore
While I realize that doesn’t seem too crazy, it’s the first time I’ve bothered spending any sort of money on my hair in probably 3-4 years
Long way to grow still but a nice reminder for anyone who needs it to celebrate the small wins
