āNarco terroristā is not a legal term of art. It is a made up term designed to convince the masses that killing them is lawful, when in fact it is murder.
The biggest lesson I learned from conducting a large war crimes investigation involving mass murder was that the wall between humanity and barbarity is incredibly thin, and that immoral leadership can break right through what took decades to erect. The reporting, if accurate, is dismaying. Congress should begin an inquiry.
