“The feeling in there is mutual amongst everyone. We feel like we let that one get away.and they outplayed us today, so we do have to sit with it for 2 weeks. I’m excited to get back to work.” Fred Warner believes the loss can serve as motivation over the bye week.

“We were ready for the challenge to come out and play our best game and unfortunately we just didn’t do that.” Fred Warner says the 49ers defense must do a better job at capitalizing on opportunities to turn the ball over.

“I’m excited about the challenge. I love that group in there, this is the most fun I've had playing football. We have so much talent…if we can clean things, which I know we will, then we have a great chance every single week that we step out there.” Fred Warner is looking forward to getting key players back after the bye week and believes this group is special. 💯

“That’s the most important thing, protecting the ball. It’s the number really in our organization. We were moving the ball, we got to protect the ball through and through, and starts with me at quarterback.” Brock Purdy takes responsibility for the 49ers struggles on offense.

“It’s not equal with the rest of our team…we need to play better.” Kyle Shanahan spoke about his frustration with the recent struggles on special teams.

“Gained 10 points without us touching the ball, and thought that was on us. We should of scored before turning it over.” Kyle Shanahan breaks down the momentum shift before halftime.

Kyle Shanahan was NOT happy with the 49ers costly turnovers in their loss to the Falcons. “We got to protect the ball better.”

“Losing is never great. But when you do lose, especially in this organization, it makes everybody really just look at themselves in the mirror, and all I think it’s gonna do is spark a bigger fire underneath us.” George Kittle says he definitely thinks this loss will “sour” the 49ers bye week, but that’s a good thing 👀

“The turning point was probably the turnovers… Just not good football.” George Kittle on the loss in Atlanta
