This is definitely one of the most interesting briefs filed in support of the federal domestic violence restraining order gun ban. The ACLU wants to uphold the restriction but not the way the government wants to do it. They also come out, at least vaguely, against some gun laws.

Some gun owners in Texas are continuing to attend license-to-carry classes, which according to Texas instructors is due to the following benefits: knowledge about the law, the ability to carry a gun across state lines, and peace of mind.
