Days like these we gotta remember to love everybody, always. Never know when it’ll be the last chance you get to see them..

Be courageous enough to take a risk in making your goals and dreams a reality. Believe in yourself, believe in the possibilities of what can be. You are capable of more than you think.

the outpouring love & support I’ve received has made me realize I’m more than my accomplishments and gymnastics which I never truly believed before. 🤍

the BEST advice I have for young, rising coaches; Fall in love with the beginning when you're at the beginning. Don't fall in love with the endgame. When I was at Maine, I LOVED Maine. I fell in love with my beginnings, even though I always knew what I wanted my end game to be.

Building a bobsled push cart for training this summer. It’s a process but soon I’ll be able to take it anywhere & practice. Nothing can stop me now.

My 100 time was 11.6 in high school and I still got recruited to a D1 college on a full ride. I ended up running 10.92 after 3 years of being injured, represented Team USA & won a silver medal on a relay. 🥱 Don’t let people scare you from your dreams.

“[Arbery] loved to run,” Jason Vaugn, Arbery’s high school coach and one of the organizers of the run, tells Runner’s World. “He loved to do it. It cleared his mind and it helped him make sense of the world. Unless it was pouring rain, he was running.” trib.al/yUapnIX
